- Remove old bathroom fan without damaging the ceiling
- Install new ducting attachment to old ducting
- Install new ultra quiet bathroom fan into the ceiling
- Clean up and test

-We will remove your existing light fixture and install a new basic one that you provide.
-Our team will clean up after the job and place all boxes and packaging where you prefer for disposal.
-This service applies only to standard light fixtures installed from a 6-foot ladder.
Please note: this does not include crystal chandeliers, large chandeliers, or fixtures that require a taller ladder or special equipment.

- Install a client supplied over the range simple hood fan
- Connect hood fan to existing ducting / re-tin tape hood fan ducting to existing ducting
- Test hood fan
- Clean up work area

* For hardwired hood fan / most basic install

- We will replace your existing light switch with a new basic dimmer switch.
- The dimmer switch will be provided by us.
- Our electricians will wire and test the new dimmer to ensure safe and smooth operation.
-This service applies to standard single switches only (no 3-way or smart dimmers).
Cleanup after installation is included.
